For early risers, the private terrace outside offers the perfect spot for a few minutes of meditation as the countryside slowly illuminates. The morning air here carries a special quality—clean, crisp, and filled with negative ions from our surrounding nature that naturally elevate your mood.
7:00 AM: Morning Breathwork and Yoga
Each session incorporates yoga postures, a variety of breathwork techniques and meditation customised to your needs and energy levels. These practices are designed to balance the nervous system, increase vitality, and prepare both body and mind for the day ahead.

8:30 AM: Nourishing Breakfast Experience
Breakfast at Casa Anandi isn’t just a meal—it’s a sensory experience and an opportunity to practice mindful eating. We gather on the covered terrace overlooking the olive grove, where the table is set with fresh wildflowers and local ceramics.

Our morning feast features:
- Seasonal fruit from our garden or neighbouring farms
- House-made granola with local honey and nuts
- Fresh ricotta from local farms nearby
- Warm herbal teas blended to support your constitution
- Italian-style spelt or wholemeal bread with olive oil pressed from our own trees
10:00 AM: Optional Ayurvedic Consultations and Workshops
After breakfast, you could choose to book:
- Personal Ayurvedic consultations where I assess your unique constitution and provide tailored recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and daily routines
- Ayurvedic workshops on topics such as creating personalized daily routines, mixing custom herbal teas, learning simple self-massage techniques, or understanding how to adjust your diet seasonally
- Sleep workshops: Learn about how to optimise your sleep

At Casa Anandi, we honour both Ayurvedic wisdom and Italian tradition, which place importance on a substantial midday meal when digestion is strongest. While we don’t serve lunch at the house, we encourage guests to explore the culinary delights of the region. We can give you plenty of recommendations to try!
Optional Evening Yoga and Relaxation
As the day begins to wind down, you can book an evening yoga session. Yoga Nidra is a favourite with our guests.
This practice is particularly beneficial for those dealing with sleep issues, anxiety, or stress-related conditions. Many guests report that a single Yoga Nidra session feels as restorative as several hours of sleep.
7:00 PM: Healthy Aperitivo
As the sun sets over the hills, we gather for a light, healthy aperitivo—honouring both the Italian tradition of pre-dinner refreshments and the Ayurvedic principle that evening meals should be light and easy to digest.
You can choose between:
- Organic and biodynamic local wines selected for their purity and low intervention production methods
- Fresh green juices made with seasonal ingredients to support detoxification and cellular renewal
These are served with simple, nutritious small plates that might include:
